- 1 pound green beans, trimmed, 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic, 1 cup sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place green beans in a large bowl. Ad oil and garlic; then sprinkle with pepper. Toss well to coat. Arrange green bean mixture in a single layer on baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with sliced almonds and continue baking for 5 to 10 more minutes or until desired tenderness.
