Cottage Cheese & Fruit Salad
- 1 cup Lettuce, looseleaf, fresh, shredded
- 3/4 cup Cottage Cheese 2% fat
- 1/4 cup Mixed Fruit chunky, w/fruit juice
- 8 Crackers, whole wheat
Per each serving, place 1/2 cup lettuce on a plate. Place 1/2 the cottage cheese on the lettuce and top with 2 tablespoons of fruit. Serve 4 crackers with each cottage cheese/fruit salad. Yield: 2 weight-loss-friendly or 1 standard servings (double the nutritional value).
