Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Salad, mixed greens, raw, 4 ea Tomatoes, cherry, fresh, year round avg, 1/2 oz Cheese, goat, soft
  • 1/3 cup Beans, garbanzo, mature, ckd, 2 tsp Vinegar, balsamic, 60 grain

Instructions

Wash greens and tomatoes; halve tomatoes, if desired. Top greens with tomatoes, cheese, and garbanzo beans; toss with vinegar. Yield: 1 weight-loss-friendly or standard serving
TIPS:
