High Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces of fat free or 2% cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
 

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth.  Heat skillet or waffle iron to medium and coat lightly with cooking spray.  Spoon batter onto iron or skillet and allow to cook until brown, flipping only once.
