Pumpkin Fluff

Ingredients
- 1 can of pumpkin (15 oz.), 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup of fat free Cool Whip, 1 small package of sugar free vanilla pudding mix
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix pumpkin, milk and spice until well blended. Add pudding mix and continue beating for 2 minutes. Fold in the Cool Whip and refrigerate. Serve chilled topped with a small dollop of Cool Whip.
