Thank You Dr. Yu and TLC!!!! One year ago today, I took my life in a long awaited direction, to the final chapter in my health and wellness journey. I had my gastric sleeve surgery. I started 3 1/2 yrs ago getting healthy from the inside out with all natural supplements and lost some weight along the way....but realized I needed to get more aggressive taking the final lbs off. This picture shows a 70 lb weight loss from 1 yr ago and I am down 120 lbs total, from my highest weight ever. What?!?!?! The road has been a long one, with outstanding results! If you want it...you CAN achieve it!!! So very thankful for my incredible hubby, who is my best friend and biggest supporter! My life has changed in so many wonderful positive ways! I have hit plateaus here and there but STILL losing and my goal is within sight! Dream it! Believe it! Do it!
